We provide 24 hour emergency call out.
If you have an out of hours emergency we will attend the property and try to resolve the situation. Should this not be possible we will make the installation safe and attend the next day if required.
Electrical installation
Electrical installation
From fixing the bathroom light to a complete house rewire, we cover it all. Work is carried out to the latest regulations (BS7671), certified through Napit and registered with local building control.
Landlord maintenance / reports
Landlord maintenance / reports
We complete Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) on behalf of landlords. We carryout maintenance on tenanted properties, we also make the necessary access arrangements directly with the tenant to ensure quick and convenient repairs.
